Brewing Temperature

To help the flavours to fully disperse, pour boiling water (100°C) directly on the bag.

Brewing Time

Every herb loves the water, so leave them to steep between 5-7 minutes for the perfect brew. And remember to boil just the amount of water you need to make your cup as environmentally-friendly as it can be.
