We offer several shipping options for all Canadian Territories packages through Canada Post.
Shipping time through Regular Mail is roughly 5-12 business days, and Express Mail is roughly 2-4 business days (depending on your territory) once you have received an order confirmation email from the carrier with a tracking number to check the status of your package. Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If our products do not meet your stands, simply let us know within 30 days of your purchase, and we will either refund the purchase price of that product or replace it with the same product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item as well as, a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution in order to evaluate the issue and make it right.
